General Mills Corporate Scholars Award

General Mills Corporate Scholars Award General Mills Corporate Scholars Award is open to African American students planning to attend a four-year college or university. Eligible fields of study include accounting, business, economics, finance, human resources, logistics, marketing, marketing research, operations management or supply chain management.

Students must maintain a grade point average of 3.25. Preference is given to students living in or planning to attend college in the states of Minnesota,Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota or South Dakota.

This scholarship is offered through the United Negro College Fund (UNCF). Through corporate and organization donations, UNCF has helped more than 60,000 students each year to attend college. Through UNCF, students from low- and moderate-income families receive scholarships for college tuition, room and board, and books.

The General Mills Corporate Scholars Award is not renewable and may be used in the freshman, sophomore or junior year of college.

The deadline for this scholarship is usually in APRIL of each year, and the award amount is usually $5,000.
