Airport Minority Advisory Council Educational and Scholarship Program is for college students enrolled in an aviation-related program. Four or more scholarships are awarded each year.

Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or above in order to apply. Applicants do not have to be members of AMAC in order to apply, but they must be endorsed by an active AMAC member. Applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in aviation, business administration, accounting, architecture, engineering or finance. Students must be pursuing a career in the aviation industry.

Students will be considered based on academic performance and community involvement. To apply, students must complete an application and include a transcript of grades, a one-page cover letter describing their career goals, and complete a 150-200 word essay explaining their reason for choosing their field of study. Two letters of recommendation are also required.

The Airport Minority Advisory Council is one of the largest airport trade associations that promotes equal opportunity for minorities, women and the disadvantaged in the aviation industry. The non-profit organization is headquartered in Arlington, Virginia.

The deadline for this scholarship is usually in AUGUST of each year, and the award amount is usually $2,000.
