Conscious World Youth Leader Scholarship is open to youth ages 18-25 who are actively involved in helping improve the world. Applicants must be doing projects that solve social problems, improve the environment, help other people or animals, or bring about social change.
Ten finalists will be chosen as Conscious World Youth Leaders, and one will be chosen to receive a scholarship. Selections will be made at the Conscious World Day 2015 festival in Boulder, Colorado; winners do not need to be present to win.
Entries will be judged according to the contribution their projects make to the world, measurable and positive impact that improves the lives of others, and demonstrates that the candidate feels a personal responsibility to give back.
The scholarship is awarded by the Conscious World Foundation, a Boulder, Colorado-based non-profit organization dedicated to developing youth around the globe to become the next generation of conscious world leaders. Their programs teach youth how to create positive change in areas such as education, health, business, science, technology, and government.
The deadline for this scholarship is usually in MAY of each year, and the award amount is usually $5,000.
