Cleveland Foundation Scholarships

Cleveland Foundation Scholarships are open to Ohio and Cleveland-specific high school students who are U.S. citizens or legal residents that plan to attend college. High school students with a GPA of 2.0, or GED students with a 2.89 GPA may apply.

Candidates need only apply once to be eligible for any number of scholarships available from the Cleveland Foundation. Some scholarships are open to all Ohio students, others are for students living in the greater Cleveland area, and still others are for students from specific Cleveland-area high schools. There are currently over 60 scholarships available.

Some scholarships are for one time only, while others can be renewed each year up to four years of college. The required GPA for each scholarship varies from 2.0 to 3.5.

The Cleveland Foundation is a non-profit, charitable organization created by and for the citizens of the greater Cleveland, Ohio area. It is funded through donations, bequests and living trusts.

The deadline for this scholarship is usually in MARCH of each year, and the award amount is usually $350 - $16,000.
