Sprint Scholars Program
Sprint Scholars Program is open to current undergraduates attending any one of UNCF member colleges. College sophomores, juniors and seniors may apply.

Applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or above in order to apply. They must also major in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math). Students may apply by submitting an application form, a current transcript, and two references.

The scholarship is based on financial need. Up to 8 scholarships are awarded each year.

The scholarship is sponsored by the Sprint Foundation, the charitable arm of Sprint that supports education and other needs throughout the country. The non-profit was established in 1989 and since its beginning has given millions of dollars toward education and scholarships, arts and culture, youth development, community development and disaster relief.

The deadline for this scholarship is usually in AUGUST of each year, and the award amount is usually $2,500.
