The premise of the contest is to identify how teachers, who understand the challenges of students, can help students put difficult things into perspective, such as acne and homework. To enter, students must complete an assignment that involves one of their teachers.
Applicants must also share their entry on Instagram or Twitter, using the hashtag: #TeacherTruthsContest. Ten scholarships will be awarded.
The contest is sponsored by Reckitt Benckiser LLC, the makers of Clearasil, headquartered in Parsippany, NJ. The company's other brands include Woolite, Lysol, Scholl, Finish, Mucinex, French's, and many more.
The deadline for this scholarship is usually in OCTOBER of each year, and the award amount is usually $5,000.
