Candidates may enter by submitting a video of two minutes or less on the topic, “What will you do in life to make people smile?” Applying is done by uploading a video to the student's YouTube or Facebook page with the title “Atlanta Dental Spa Scholarship,” then tagging the scholarship sponsor and including a link to the sponsor's website in their video description.
Videos are judged based on content and by the number of responses from the community (candidates should ask the community to "Like" their video). One entry per person is allowed, and one winner is selected each year.
