High School Chemistry Scholarship
High School Chemistry Scholarship is open to all high school students, college and graduate students in the U.S. No essays, applications, or minimum GPAs are required.
The scholarships are awarded based on scholarship quizzes. Students may take the quiz for an opportunity to win a scholarship. Quizzes are on the subjects of biology, chemistry, and mathematics.
Students compete at the state level; the scholarship is awarded to the top scoring student at the end of the State Championship Round. Quiz competitions occur in the Fall and Winter. Students must first register with the Common Knowledge Scholarship Foundation in order to compete.
The scholarship program is offered by the Common Knowledge Scholarship Foundation, a nonprofit organization that creates innovative scholarship and educational programs for students of all ages utilizing Internet-based quiz competitions. The foundation was created in 2001 at Nova Southeastern University to reward students for what they know.
The deadline for this scholarship is usually in AUGUST of each year, and the award amount is usually $250 - $2,500.
