Oracle Corporate Scholars Program For African American Students is open to African-American/Black college sophomores and juniors. Candidates must be U.S. citizens and have attended a high school in the U.S.

Applicants must be African Americans majoring in the following fields: Accounting, Business, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Human Resources, Information Management Systems, Management Information Systems, Marketing, Software Development. They must also have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

In addition to a scholarship, candidates will be offered internships during the summer of 2017-18 academic year. The internship provides enhanced learning experiences at Oracle headquarters during the summer. Applicants must be attending a four-year, accredited college or university in the U.S.

Oracle Corporation is a multinational computer technology corporation, headquartered in Redwood Shores, California. Oracle specializes in developing and marketing database software and technology, cloud engineered systems and enterprise software products. Oracle is the second-largest software maker by revenue, after Microsoft.

The deadline for this scholarship is usually in MARCH of each year, and the award amount VARIES.
