Church's Chicken Community Scholarship Program provides scholarships to high school seniors residing in fifteen eligible states who plan to continue their education in college or vocational school programs. Scholarships are offered each year for part-time or full-time study at an accredited U.S. institution of the student's choice.

Candidates must live in one of the following fifteen states: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL,LA, MO, MS, NM, NV, TN, TX. They must have a GPA of 2.7 or above. They may choose any accredited two-year or four-year college, university or vocational-technical school in the U.S. High school seniors or home school graduates are eligible.

Scholarships are one time only and are for undergraduate studies only. To apply, candidates need to complete an online application and also upload a grade transcript. Students are selected on the basis of academic record, demonstrated leadership and participation in school and community activities, honors, work experience, their statement of goals and aspirations, unusual personal or family circumstances. Financial need is not considered.

Church's Chicken is a U.S.-based chain of fast food restaurants specializing in fried chicken. The company was founded as Church's Fried Chicken To Go by George W. Church, Sr., on April 17, 1952, in San Antonio, Texas, across the street from The Alamo.

The deadline for this scholarship is usually in FEBRUARY of each year, and the award amount is usually $1,000.
