The scholarship is merit-based; students must have a GPA of 3.0 or above in order to apply. Applicants may attend either a technical, undergraduate or graduate school during SPRING or FALL of each scholarship year. Both high school students as well as currently enrolled college students may apply.
Eligible students may apply by completing an online application. They must also submit a 500 – 1,000 word essay that describes their challenges as a Latino student.
