Penguin Random House Creative Writing Competition
The Penguin Random House Creative Writing Competition is open to high school seniors who are attending a high school in New York City. Scholarships are awarded in the areas of original poetry, memoir, fiction, drama and graphic novel compositions.
Awards include (4) first-place awards, (4) second-place awards, (4) third-place awards, (20) Best Of Borough awards, (15) Artist Recognition awards, and (75) Honorable Mention awards. All applicants must be high school seniors attending a New York City public high school.
100 Black Men of America Future Leader Scholarship Program
100 Black Men of America Future Leader Scholarship Program is open to high school seniors as well as college freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors. The scholarship is based on academic achievement and community service.
To qualify, students must have a grade point average of 2.5 or above. It is also necessary for applicants to have completed 50 hours of community service without compensation within the past 12 months and be able to document their volunteer work. To apply, students will be asked to complete a 600-word essay on one of four topics.

PicMonkey College Scholarship
PicMonkey College Scholarship is open to high school seniors and college freshmen. Students may enter the scholarship competition by submitting their favorite photo along with a story.

The Less Stress Text Scholarship is open to anyone who lives in the U.S. and is 25 years or younger. Applicants enter by signing up for the Less Stress Text and inviting three friends.
Each person who invites three friends will be entered to win a scholarship. Everyone will receive 5 days worth of tips on how to deal with stress. Applicants will share their stress relieving tips with three friends, and for every three friends invited, they earn an entry into the college scholarship giveaway.

The National League of American Pen Women Scholarship Competition
The National League of American Pen Women Scholarship Competition is open to female high school seniors, undergraduate college students, or other college students of any age. It is open to female artists, photographers, writers, instrumentalist musicians and composers.
To enter the competition, applicants must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher. Each candidate must submit a letter of application that describes their goals and achievements. A letter of recommendation from a teacher or counselor is also required, along with work samples. Work samples can include copies of original writing, CDs of music, photos of art, and copies of original music composition.

DuPont Pioneer Scholarship provides financial support for outstanding students who are working toward undergraduate or graduate level degrees in agriculture-related disciplines. The scholarships are available to students at universities around the world.
Applicants must be high-achieving (GPA of 3.0 or higher), future leaders with a strong interest in increasing crop productivity. National Co-op Scholarship Program is open to high school students or transfer students planning to attend one of six WACE partner schools. The scholarship is offered by the World Council and Assembly on Cooperative Education (WACE), founded in 1983 to foster Co-operative Education and other Work Integrated Learning programs around the world.

The Princeton Prize in Race Relations
The Princeton Prize in Race Relations is open to high school students grades 9-12. Candidates must have been actively involved in volunteer activities within the last 12 months that have had a significant, positive impact on race relations in their school or community.
Applicants must also live in one of the 26 participating U.S. cities. Cash prizes will be awarded to each of the region winners. They will also be invited to attend an all-expense paid trip to the Princeton Prize Symposium on Race in the Spring.

Association for Women in Mathematics (AWM) Essay Contest is open every year to students in grades 6-8, 9-12, and undergraduate college students. Students enter by completing an interview with a woman currently working in a mathematical career.
Students may interview and write about any woman currently working in a mathematical sciences career. Interviews must be 500 to 1000 words in length. Essays will be judged for content, grammar, and evaluated by a panel of mathematicians. At least one student will be selected as a winner.

USA Germany Abroad Scholarship
USA Germany Abroad Scholarship is a full scholarship for high school students who want to study abroad in Germany. Applicants must be between the ages of 15 years and 18 years and 6 months when the program begins and be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
TheDream.US Scholarship For Undocumented Immigrants
TheDream.US Scholarship program offers scholarship awards to first-time college students who have a financial need and are undocumented immigrants. It is specifically for students whose undocumented immigration status meets the qualifications for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).
DACA was approved by President Obama in 2012 which defers any deportation action for undocumented young people who came to the U.S. as children and have pursued education or military service in the U.S. Students may be either already DACA approved or may apply for DACA approval if they believe they are eligible.

The Pensters Scholarship is open to high school students as well as current college students. Any student may compete for a scholarship by writing and submitting a creative, narrative essay.
The contest is open to all students regardless of age, race, gender or nationality. Students may enter the contest by writing a 400-500 word essay that addresses specific questions about Pensters. Asian Pacific Islanders for Professional and Community Advancement of AT&T scholarships are open to any high school senior who is planning to attend full-time a 2-year or 4-year accredited college or university. Students of any ethnic or cultural background may apply.
