Chester Burger Scholarship for Excellence is for students pursuing careers in corporate public relations. Eligible students must be enrolled in a graduate degree program in either public relations or journalism and have a grade point average of 3.0.
Ron Culp Scholarship for Mentorship honors students entering their senior year of college who have helped others in their efforts to pursue a career in public relations. Eligible students must be members of a PRSSA chapter.
John D. Graham Scholarship is open to senior undergraduate students enrolled in a journalism or public relations college program and is based on academic excellence.
Other scholarships include Stephen D. Pisinski Memorial Scholarship and Betsy Plank/PRSSA Scholarships for college juniors or seniors, and PRSA Diversity Multicultural Scholarship open to communications students who are African-American/Black, Hispanic/Latino, Asian, Native American, Alaskan Native or Pacific Islander.
The deadline for this scholarship VARIES, and the award amount is usually $1,000 - $3,000.
