SABR's Jerry Malloy Negro Baseball League Scholarship is open to high school seniors who plan to attend college and work towards a college degree. Two scholarships will be awarded to the students who write the most compelling essay on a topic pertaining to Negro League baseball.
Eligible students must have a grade point average of 2.5 by the end of their junior year in high school. They may apply for the scholarship in their senior year provided they plan to attend a U.S. accredited college or university.

The Association of African American Financial Advisors (AAAA) Foundation’s LeCount R. and Jewel W. Davis Scholarship provides financial assistance to deserving African American undergraduate students who are enrolled full-time at a Historically Black College and University (HBCU) CFP Board-Registered Program.

The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) and MillerCoors are proud to offer financial assistance to outstanding students attending one of the 47 publicly-supported Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) within the TMCF member-school network.
The TMCF/ MillerCoors Scholarship is open to students with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Selected scholars will receive a one-year scholarship for the academic school year, which can be used to cover the costs of tuition and fees, on-campus room and board and required textbooks purchased from member schools.

Project Yellow Light is open to high school juniors and seniors, and undergraduate college students. Applicants may receive a scholarship by submitting a video on the dangers of distracted driving.
Project Yellow Light is a scholarship fund that was created in 2007 in honor of a young man named Hunter Garner from Fredericksburg, Virginia, who died in a car accident at the age of 16. The Shawn Carter Foundation Scholarship provides financial support to high school students as well as undergraduate students entering college for the first time. The purpose of the scholarship is to help under-served students who may not be eligible for other scholarships.

Apple Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) Diversity Scholarships
To encourage greater diversity amongst its developer community, Apple is offering scholarships to provide students and developers the opportunity to attend their annual Worldwide Developers Conference which is usually held in San Francisco, California.
The scholarships are open to students and members or alumni of the STEM organizations Apple has selected, and are available to those over the age of 13. In addition, unlike regular WWDC attendees, these scholarship recipients won’t have to be a member of one of Apple’s paid developer programs. However, interested student developers will have to do more than just submit an application.

Voya Unsung Heroes Awards Program awards grants to educators of grades K-12 who use new teaching methods and techniques to improve learning. Qualified applicants include full-time educators, teachers, principals, paraprofessionals, or classified staff.
Educators may enter by submitting a description of the project they want to pursue. Projects must have the ability to influence students in a positive way and are judged by their innovative method, creativity, and quality. The NBNA Scholarship Program offers 14 scholarships each year to students pursuing a career in nursing who are members of the National Black Nurses Association, Inc. The scholarships are based on merit and financial need.
Eligible students must be enrolled full-time at a two-year or four-year college or university pursuing a Bachelors, Associate, or L.P.N. degree with at least one year of school remaining. Applicants need to be active in student nursing activities as well as African-American activities in the community. Scholastic achievement is important.
