Applicants must be United States citizens or permanent residents, and must plan to enroll in a full-time STEM (science, technology, engineering or math) field of study at an accredited non-profit public or private two-year or four-year college or university in the United States.
Applicants must also demonstrate that they are in need of financial assistance, must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75, and must be amongst the first 20,000 students to submit an application.
More than 700 scholarship awards will be granted to qualified students from across the country, and the selection process will not be influenced by race, religion, color, national origin, ancestry, disability, gender, or sexual orientation.
The deadline for this scholarship is usually in MAY of each year, and the award amount is usually $2,500.
