EWI Scholarship Programs

EWI Scholarship ProgramsEWI Scholarship Programs offers three different scholarship programs for high school students, graduate students and adult students. The scholarships are sponsored by Executive Women International to give educational opportunities to deserving students.

Adult Students in Scholastic Transition (ASIST) is a scholarship for adult students who are single parents, displaced workers or adults just entering the workforce. The EWI Scholarship Program (EWISP) is a scholarship competition for high school students who have academic achievement and are active in extracurricular activities. The EWI Fellows Scholarship is for members of Executive Women International who need financial assistance to complete their higher education goals.

Each scholarship requires that applicants apply through their local EWI chapter. The number of participating chapters available in each state varies for each scholarship, and each chapter has their own criteria and deadlines for applying.

Executive Women International is located in the state of Utah and has 70 chapters throughout the U.S. and Canada. The organization was established in 1938 as Executive Secretaries, Inc. As women's roles in corporations and the workforce changed, the organization grew to continue supporting the changing roles in women's careers. Today EWI has over 5,000 members dedicated to supporting the professional development of women everywhere.

The deadline for this scholarship VARIES each year, and the award amount is usually $2,000 - $10,000.
