Energize Student's "Say No to Bullying" Student Contest is a chance for students to speak out on the subject of bullying and win cash prizes. Students enter the competition by submitting a video that addresses the topic of bullying.
Videos can be up to four minutes in length. The subject of the video should express how the student would take a stand against bullying. All videos must express the student's own ideas and include scenes that explain what bullying is all about, how it affects others, and how important it is for students to take a stand against bullying.
Students submitting videos can include as many people as they want in their video. Winners include first, second and third-place winners. All students entering the contest must be U.S. citizens.
The contest is sponsored by Energize Students, a California-based non-profit organization dedicated to the education of youth and encouraging youth to be confident, creative and responsible.
The deadline for this scholarship is usually in OCTOBER of each year, and the award amount is usually $800.
