BASF/Alfred Chisholm Memorial Scholarship Fund is available to undergraduate sophomore, junior and senior students enrolled at Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
Students may major in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Chemistry, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Biology, and Finance. A grade point average of 3.0 or above is required. To apply, students need to submit an application, transcript, and two letters of recommendation.
The scholarship is named after a BASF employee, Alfred Chisholm, who believed in the value of education and worked hard to raise money for students wanting to attend college. The fund was established in 1997.
BASF is a global chemical company researching and producing products and systems that improve people's lives with solutions for healthy food. The company also makes products and system solutions that help to conserve our resources.
The deadline for this scholarship is usually in NOVEMBER of each year, and the award amount is usually $2,000.
