Three scholarships will be awarded. Recipients are chosen based on academic merit and how well they respond to the essay question. Applicants must have a grade point average of 2.8 or above. They can be either current students enrolled in law school, or undergraduate students who plan to attend law school.
Applicants must choose one of three essay questions. Their responses must be within 500-1,000 words. Students may apply online and must include a recent grade transcript.
This is the first scholarship offered by Goodwin & Scieszka, a personal accident, injury and medical malpractice law firm located in Birmingham, Michigan. The scholarship was established to support future lawyers of America.
The deadline for this scholarship is usually in JUNE of each year, and the award amount is usually $1,000.
