The scholarship contest consists of an essay that is based on skill level on the subject of cyberspace security. All applicants are required to do original research and answer one or more of five essay questions that relate to the future of cyberspace and cyberspace security.
All entries must be in English and cannot be over 15 pages in length. All work must be original and will be judged on original thinking, relevance for the future, and use of current quantitative data.
The purpose of the essay contest is to encourage creative thinking and innovative research about the future of cybersecurity policies worldwide. Three students will be chosen to receive scholarships based on their winning essays.
The deadline for this scholarship is usually in JANUARY of each year, and the award amount is usually $2,000 - $5,000.
