The Andrew Flusche Scholarship Contest is open to high school seniors and students currently enrolled in a college, university, or trade school. Students may enter by creating a public service announcement about drunk driving.

Two winners are chosen each year. Entries are in the form of a video that addresses the problem of drunk driving. Videos can be technical, narrative, documentary, fiction or other. They must not exceed 3 minutes. All entries are judged on content, creativity and persuasiveness.

Winners are selected two times per year; deadlines are the end of June and November. The videos must be created to send a message to students' peers about the consequences of driving while drunk.

Andrew Flusche is an attorney in Fredericksburg, Virginia, who represents people facing drunk driving charges. He created the annual scholarship to increase awareness about the problem of drunk driving.

The deadline for this scholarship is usually in JUNE of each year, and the award amount is usually $500.
