Candidates must have completed one year of college and major in one of the following fields of study: Agricultural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Building Construction, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Quantity Surveying. A GPA of 3.0 or above is required.
Applicants who are in their final undergraduate year must be accepted into a full-time graduate program in the next academic year to qualify for a scholarship. Scholarships are available to US, Canadian, and International students.
The scholarships are awarded by the AACE International Education Board. AACE International is a West Virginia-based non-profit association serving the cost management community since 1956. The organization gives members the resources they need to enhance their performance and foster growth and success. They have over 9,000 members world-wide in 100 countries.
The deadline for this scholarship is usually in FEBRUARY of each year, and the award amount is usually $2,500.
