Liberty Power Bright Horizons Scholarship

Liberty Power Bright Horizons Scholarship is open to students who are pursuing a degree related to science, technology, mathematics, or engineering, and who have an interest in energy and the environment. Three scholarships are awarded every year.

Candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited two or four-year public or private university in the United States. Students must have completed at least one full semester of college and be pursuing a degree related to science, technology, mathematics, or engineering. Students of all ethnicity may apply.

Applicants must be 18 years old and be able to travel to the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC) Annual Convention in Dallas, TX in October. Airfare and hotel accommodations will be covered, plus scholarship recipients will also receive a $400 stipend.

Since its beginning in 2013, The Bright Horizons Scholarship has awarded 13 students a total of $80,000 toward pursuing their educational dreams.

The deadline for this scholarship is usually in JULY of each year, and the award amount is usually $10,000.
