ESA Foundation Scholarship Program offers scholarships to eligible women and minority students who are pursuing degrees leading to careers in Computer & Video Game Arts. The scholarships are for full-time undergraduate students attending accredited four-year colleges and universities in the U.S., and high school seniors who are already accepted into college.

Up to 30 scholarships are awarded every year, 15 to graduating high school seniors and 15 to current college students. Applicants must be women or minority students maintaining a GPA of 2.75 or above.

The purpose of the scholarship is to encourage diversity in the computer and video game industry and support the development of its future leaders. The scholarship program was established in 2007, and in 2009 it doubled the amount of awards granted from 15 to 30.

The scholarship is offered by Entertainment Software Association Foundation (ESA). ESA is dedicated to serving the business and public affairs needs of companies that publish computer and video games for video game consoles, handheld devices, personal computers, and the Internet. The organization is located in Washington, D.C.

The deadline for this scholarship is usually in APRIL of each year, and the award amount is usually $3,000.
