One winner will receive a college scholarship. To apply, students must be enrolled in a U.S. accredited school by spring. Eligible fields of study may include pre-med, nursing, pharmacy, dentistry, medical technician, physical therapy or other medical-related field of study. Applicants may enter the scholarship competition by submitting a 3-minute video explaining what their long- and short-term goals are as a future health care leader.
All entries will be judged on how creative they are and how well they address the topic. The winner must agree to use of their video on the Just Home Medical web site.
The scholarship is provided by Just Home Medical, an online resource for locating and purchasing home medical supplies. Medical supplies range from oxygen to bed rails, respiratory products, wound care, braces and supports, and diabetic supplies.
The deadline for this scholarship is usually in DECEMBER of each year, and the award amount is usually $1,000.
