Project categories include fashion, interior design, graphic design, visual design, fashion design, digital media and trend spotter. A top winner and three finalists in each category will be chosen from all entrants. Scholarships can be used for tuition, fees, books, and most supplies to attend Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising.
Entries can include any idea that is artistic and creative, such as designing a room, creating a new clothing line, or creating an entire promotion for an event or presentation that includes graphic design and digital media.
The scholarships are offered by Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, a fashion college founded in 1969 in Los Angeles. The school offers programs that prepare students for careers in fashion, graphics, interior design, and entertainment.
The deadline for this scholarship is usually in APRIL of each year, and the award amount is usually $5,000.
