American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) Foundation Scholarships are offered to undergraduate and graduate college students who are attending accredited colleges or universities in the U.S. full-time. Four different scholarships are available.
The A.A.E. Scholarship is for airport executives, their spouses and their children. The applicant, spouse or parent must be a full-time active employee of a public airport. Another scholarship available is the Competitive Non-A.A.E. Scholarship for grandchildren and other extended family members which provides scholarships for a broader range of family members for airport executives with no dependent children.
In addition, there is the AAAE Foundation grants which award ten scholarships a year to students enrolled in an aviation program. Eligible students must be at least juniors and have a grade point average 3.0 or higher. Finally, the AAAE Foundation also grants scholarships to Native American college students who are enrolled in an aviation program and are juniors with grade point averages of at least 3.0.

The deadline for this scholarship is usually in MARCH of each year, and the award amount is usually $900 - $4,000.
