Starbucks College Achievement Plan offers full tuition reimbursement for employees to complete a college degree. The scholarship is for students who want to complete their degree at Arizona State University's online education program.

Arizona State University offers a leading online education with world-class faculty and personalized instruction. The scholarship is offered to any Starbucks employee who works at one of the Starbucks U.S. support centers, plants or company-operated stores, including Teavana, La Boulange, Evolution Fresh and Seattle's Best Coffee stores. The program is for employees who do not yet have a bachelor's degree.

Employees who are classified college juniors or seniors will be eligible to receive full tuition reimbursement for each year of coursework they complete toward a bachelor’s degree. Partial scholarships are available to college freshmen and sophomores. Employees who complete their education and graduate with a bachelor's degree are not required to remain at Starbucks past graduation.
