Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. They can be studying Engineering, Technology, Safety, Construction, Graphic Design or Science. To apply, applicants must submit a copy of their transcripts and an essay.
Candidates will be judged according to their academic accomplishments and how well they answer the essay questions. They may choose one of four essay questions to answer in 1,000 words or fewer.
The scholarship is provided through Reverie, a Michigan-based manufacturer of custom mattresses. They make three different sleep system mattresses that adjust to individual sleeping comfort.
The deadline for this scholarship is usually in NOVEMBER of each year, and the award amount is usually $1,000 - $2,000.
