Candidates must be U.S. citizens and have a GPA of 3.0 or above. Eligible students must be enrolled at a four-year HACU-member institution within the United States or Puerto Rico. Up to 5 scholarships will be awarded.
All students must have completed their first semester of freshman year at the time of applying. High school students are not eligible to apply. Students may need to demonstrate financial need.
