RMHC/HACER National Scholarship is open to graduating Hispanic high school seniors planning to enroll at an accredited post-secondary education institution following their graduation. Applicants may choose to attend a two- or four-year college or university as a full-time student.
The RMHC/HACER scholarship provides financial assistance to graduating Hispanic high school students to help them fulfill their dreams of pursing a higher education. Students are selected based on demonstrated academic achievement, financial need, and community involvement.
Candidates must be younger than 21, have a GPA of 2.7 or higher, and have at least one parent of Hispanic heritage. Applications are open in October every year. Up to 5 scholarships are awarded every year.
RMHC/HACER is a scholarship for Hispanic students presented by Ronald McDonald House Charities® with the support of McDonald's®. Since 1985, RMHC has awarded more than $24 million in scholarships to Hispanic students to support their college education dreams.
The deadline for this scholarship is usually in JANUARY of each year, and the award amount is usually $100,000.
