Delta Kappa Gamma Scholarships For Women Educators awards up to 30 scholarships a year for women pursuing advanced degrees, including Master's and Ph.D. The scholarships are for women educators who want to continue their professional growth in the field of education.
The scholarships are named after women who have made significant contributions in the area of education. Examples include Annie Webb Blanton for whom a scholarship was established in 1939. She held three degrees, including a Doctor of Philosophy from Cornell, taught at North Texas State University and the University of Texas, became the first woman president of the Texas State Teachers Association and ran for Congress after completing her position as state superintendent of public instruction.

ExploraVision Science Competition is open to all students in grades K-12. All applicants must be citizens of the United States or Canada to be eligible.
Eligible students in grades K-12 can enter the competition by submitting a project that explores what technology does. Applicants must work in a group of two, three or four students. Each team must select a technology that is present in the home, school and/or community.

Just Porter Backpack Scholarship
Just Porter Backpack Scholarship is open to legal residents of the U.S. who are 18 years old or older and enrolled in college. Scholarship awards are made in the Spring and Fall.

Youth On Course Scholarship is for high school seniors attending a Northern California high school who plan to enroll as a full-time student at a four-year college or university. The scholarship is both need- and merit-based.
Applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or above in order to qualify. They must also be seniors at a high school in Northern California who plan to enroll in college in the Fall.

Student Caregiver Scholarship is open to students who are currently attending a U.S. accredited college or university. In order to be eligible, applicants must be students who are attending college and caring for an older adult at the same time.
To apply, eligible students must submit either a 1,500-word essay or 2-minute video that describes their experience in being a college student who is also caring for an older person who is a relative. Students who will be freshmen in college must describe their experience in caring for an older relative while attending high school.

The LGMD Awareness Scholarship offers two scholarship categories, merit-based and social media based. Eligible students are those who teach others about Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophies (LGMDs).

Boren Fellowships are open to college students who are pursuing their masters and doctoral degrees. Eligible students are U.S. graduate students who are interested in studying abroad.

AES Engineering Scholarship
AES Engineering Scholarship is available to high school seniors and all students attending a post secondary education institution. Students do not have to major in engineering to be eligible.

Grandparents Gone Wired Scholarship is open to high school students who are interested in teaching older adults how to text. One student will be selected to win a scholarship for college.

Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s Youth of the Year Scholarship is open to teens age 14 to 18. The scholarship is sponsored by local Boys & Girls Clubs of America throughout the country.
Applicants must first compete in their home state. Youth of the Month winners are selected by local clubs and then proceed to state competitions. Paul & Daisy Soros Fellowships For New Americans awards 30 fellowships each year to students who are new Americans. The fellowships are for students who are new Americans, under the age of 31, and already hold a bachelor's degree or will be a college senior in good academic standing.

The Nashville Songwriting Scholarship
The Nashville Songwriting Scholarship is open to all aspiring country music songwriters nationwide. The annual competition consists of creating the best original song in any one of several select song categories.

Microsoft STEM Scholarship is offered to students who pursue studies in Computer Science and related STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) fields. The scholarship is for under-represented students.

The Carson Scholars Fund is open to students grade 4 through 11 who have strong humanitarian qualities. Students must be nominated by their schools. New scholars receive a college scholarship, and previous winners are eligible to reapply every year for Carson Scholar Recognition annually.

CIA-FIRST Arts & Sciences Merit Scholarship is open to culinary students interested in pursuing a career in the food industry. Eligible students include qualifying students who enroll in the Culinary Institute of America Hyde Park, New York campus.

UNCF/Sprint Scholars Program (Freshmen) is offered to current freshmen attending a United Negro College Fund (UNCF) member college or university. Although open to all qualifying students, special consideration is given to students living in the Kansas City metropolitan area.

The Presidential Diversity Scholarship
The Presidential Diversity Scholarship is available to first-year students who attend St. Lawrence University as well as students who transfer to Saint Lawrence. All applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or above, and they must have a strong commitment to racial and ethnic diversity.
Students of African-American, Asian-American, Hispanic American or Native American heritage, as well as students of other races who support racial and ethnic diversity, may apply. The scholarship is renewable for all four years of college, making it a full-tuition scholarship.
